Ready to start highlighter nail art tutorial? Very good. First thing that you need to do is clean up your nails. See if there is any cuticles or dirt on your nails. Grab your nail file to clean them a bit. For those of you who want to create certain type of nail shape, you should use nail buffer. It will also help you to remove all horizontal lines on your nail’s bed. If you’re happen to own oily fingers, you can remove them using a fine bathing soap. Dry your hands with towel and you can start your attempt to create highlighter nail art.

Highlighter nail art need good base coat. In this tutorial, we will use white nail polish. Start to use this color on all over your nails. Once they are dry, you can move on to the next step to create highlighter nail art. Grab some of neon colors. We’re gonna use neon red, neon yellow, and neon green nail polish. Start to draw random stripe shape using these colors. See pictures of highlighter nail art above as reference. Grab your black nail pen and use it to write abc, def, and ghi letters. You can add rhinestones as accent. For the final step, we can add top coat. There you go, you can go outside with your new highlighter nail art.
